Had a problem with my Timberline gas fireplace, which wouldn’t light. Called Timberline, who was great to discuss my issue on the phone and schedule a service call. They came out to troubleshoot the issue, but were also able to fix the problem the same day! Highly recommend them for their professionalism, cleanliness, and fair price.

Purchased a top of the line gas fireplace insert. Sales and installation were very knowledgeable however they promised to send me installation photos for final inspection records but after asking for them 3 times I still haven’t received any photos. A little disappointed.

The staff at Timberline were fantastic! They patiently answered all my questions about wood burning inserts, helping me choose the perfect model for my home. They also made the permit process a breeze, handling the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Helped me find a licensed electrician around my area and they talked to him what needed to be done. Everyone who installed to was incredibly helpful and super nice. The installation team was professional, on time, and did a great job. I'm thrilled with the quality of the work and my cozy new stove. Highly recommend Timberline!
