Dave N. and Steven H. went way beyond the call of duty in our first service call from Tiger Fuel. They came to fill the empty propane tanks in our new rental home, and stayed to provide an invaluable tutorial on the fuel flow and safe operation of our gas-powered water heater and fireplaces. This is our first experience with Tiger Fuel, having used another company for 11 years. Mr. Greg Scott came to service our propane logs and on-demand water heater. Not only did he perform those services but he explained and educated us on the hot water system. We learned so much. Mr. Scott was courteous, worked neatly, and as I said before, was a wealth of information. I only wish that we had had the privilege of his help and knowledge many years ago.
