  We’re building a new house and had Thermcon install our new shower door. It turned out great and the price was reasonable. They two guys that came to install were very friendly and cleaned up the dust like they made during install. We originally had them come out and price doing the insulation and they were a little higher than another company we had do it. We should have gone with Thermcon for our insulation as well.

  We recently moved into a home in which a Superior Propane ventless fireplace was installed during the build. Had trouble getting it lit. Tried venting air from the line to no avail. Found Thermo-Con was the authorized dealer in the area and set up an appointment with a technician named Alec. He came out, checked the tank regulator, vented MORE air from the mine and had her up and running in ten minutes. Explained everything to me about the system. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thanks, folks. Give Alec a raise!

  Thermcon performed several installations at our new construction house. Most of it was great but when we had some issues, communication and follow-up service was not consistent. Several calls leaving messages for our representative were and still are unanswered. They have some great products but service is a bit sketchy at times
