  I bought a Honda snow blower from The Woodway. I’m very glad I chose them because my machine had an issue. The team at The Woodway listened, understood, and accepted accountability for my concerns. I think a different place could have brushed off my concerns or given me the runaround, but not The Woodway. They went above and beyond to rectify the problems and I am extremely grateful and satisfied with their outstanding customer service and product knowledge. I will be choosing The Woodway for all of my snow blower, wood-stove, chainsaw, power equipment and servicing needs in future because I know I can trust them. Excellent customer service.

  Overall not a terrible experience with the woodway but for an expensive installation, they installed cheap OSB instead of finished plywood in my upstairs living area where the pipe is exposed. I provided feedback that I would have liked having another option had I known they were installing cheap and ugly OSB in my living space because this install is already so expensive, but the staff were very defensive over the phone and said I could do that myself. Now I have another project on my plate and get to redo their work.
