  Mike is so incredibly kind and helpful...and honest! He has beautiful, upscale options. But if what is immediately in reach for you isn't in the thousands, he's happy to pivot and educate you on what is in budget and truly required for safety - regardless of whether or not he'll profit. THIS type of knowledge, integrity, and human touch is exactly why we need small businesses! No matter what, this place is worth a look. You won't regret it!

  These guys are the best! Richie has been cleaning our fireplace for 16 years. He is efficient and keeps my home clean as he takes care of our fireplace. He inspects our chimney for safety and makes recommendations without pressure. Their office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend The Wood Stove and Fireplace Center.

  I recently had a heat n glo gas fireplace installed. I dealt with Mark and the level of attention and professionalism is second to none. They helped me pick the right unit out and took care of the instalation in no time. The unit looks great. Can't wait to use it this winter.

  I had an extremely poor experience with The Wood Stove & Fireplace Center when attempting to schedule a service call. After waiting nearly three weeks for an appointment, I was contacted and given a rigid time window that conflicted with my work schedule. When I asked if another time was possible, the representative (identified as “PG”) became dismissive, told me I was being “difficult,” and even mocked me by putting me on speakerphone for others in the office to hear, saying, “You should hear this guy…” She later told me I was not a “good fit” for their company. When I called back to escalate the issue to a manager (Mary Mazza), I was repeatedly talked over as I tried to explain the situation. I was told I was the “first problem” they’ve had in years (which clearly was untrue by looking ant other reviews on yelp and google) and that their scheduling system does not allow for even basic appointment windows. Mary also stated they “can’t give me a better window of time now, because other things may come up on the schedule later.” This explanation made little sense, and the dismissive tone and lack of professionalism were extremely concerning. I never even made it to the point of service — not even to the stage of having someone come out for a quote. My complaint is solely about the customer service and treatment I received during the scheduling process. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others against doing business with The Wood Stove & Fireplace Center.
