I didn't even do business with this business and I wish I had. I called for some advice about chimney issues and they gave me a bunch of information, offered me some services, but ultimately referred me to another local business that would do the repairs and a much needed cleaning in one job. Great place and most important they are knowledgeable and explain things in layman’s terms to us “non wood stove” people. I actually found places online that were less expensive but when I called I got off the phone with more questions than I got answers for. Not here, they know their stuff and talk to you like you are a human. Their products sell themselves but their customer service keeps you coming back. Thanks guys—You Rock!!
