Please read 2nd update. Please read the update. Horrible customer service. They made me a propane hose that lasted less than one drive in my camper and would not warranty it. They admitted the failure was caused by an old crimping tool they had to replace due to multiple failures and still would not warranty because of time. This new hose sat in my toolbox from the day they made it until the day before my first camping trip and it leaked the entire bottle of propane before we finished the 2.5 hour drive. They acknowledged the hose was brand new and their crimping tool was old and causing failures but because I did not bring it back within “a day or two” they had to charge me. I brought the repaired hose and defective crimps to the RV store that recommended them and they were shocked on how I was treated. It took two $5 fittings and less than one minute to cut off defective crimps and install the new and still said they had to charge me even after their defective tool caused me to leak out $30 in propane. I am disappointed they couldn’t stand behind their work and make it right. I try to support small businesses but I will tell every person I can to stay away from this place. UPDATE: It doesn’t surprise me the owner will not take responsibility for the two people he has working there. I am 100% positive they remember me and remember replacing their defective crimps. I told them I would be driving over to the RV supply company that recommended them to tell them what this company did then drove back to pickup the defective crimps. I also told them I would be writing this review. The owner also knows he recently replaced his old and failing crimping tool. As 100% definitive proof I have added photos of the tops of both receipts. This is even more reason to stay away from this company. UPDATE 2: It is clear the owner is avoiding the fact that his employees admitted their old crimping tool was causing failures and the fact that his employees admitted the hose looked brand new and pointed to the defective crimp as the problem. He will not admit he had to purchase a new crimping tool. Zero integrity. First you accuse me of reviewing the wrong business then you say your employees didn’t remember me then you delete your original response because I proved you wrong and now you’re coming up with more excuses. Be a person of integrity and instead of deleting your responses just add updates and be transparent. Bottom line your crimping tool was failing and I was one of the last customers before you finally replaced it. You should have done the right thing and you would have had a customer for life. This whole thing caused by not standing by your work and warranting two $5 parts.

Absolutely awful customer service as I bought a $1000 swap cooler and the pump went out three months later and now here I am with a bad pump. Weather shack says that they will not warranty it even though when I bought it, they said that they would warranty it. Whatever has changed isn’t for the better. I bought several units from these folks and never had an issue with getting something under warranty taken care of with them but now all of a sudden they decide that they can’t warranty out a pump that went defect after only three months

First lets talk about 'Professional Service folks' : If you don't know about this place, you should get to know them. Second lets talk about the 'Handy Man' : If you value your customers and want to bring them excellent materials, you need to get to know these guys. Third lets discuss my category, the "I don't have a clue" guys: GET TO KNOW THESE GUYS!! I knew what I wanted but didn't have a clue how to go about it. I got to know these guys! It took me 2 days to do what most anyone else could do in an afternoon. They held my hand thru purchase, set up, installation and execution. I got a cool house that's going to save me HUNDREDS of dollars this summer and on the plus side, didn't make me feel like a putz when asking basic questions. (something I dearly value!!) I'm scared of electricity, so I was VERY nervous about the wiring. They had pre-printed diagrams that made it SO easy, it was almost effortless. In closing......GET TO KNOW THESE GUYS!!! Can't thank you all enough!!

They have water cooler and wood burning stove parts galore and a lot of fake fireplaces (nice graphics) THAT ARE ACTUALLY PLUGGED IN, unlike the big box stores.
