  The customer service is exceptional. The selection of stoves and fireplaces is hard to beat. You can tell, when you are talking to the owner that she has been there for 40 years. No question goes unanswered and without thorough explanation. From show room to your living room. They order, deliver, install, and haul away.

  We recently purchased a Vermont Cast gas stove from Cindy Guy at The Warm-Up Shop. Cindy was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Her installation team was very impressive also. My husband, Dave and I highly recommend dealing with this business. We would rate our experience a 10 out of 10.

  Purchased a couple years ago. Every year we try to start it, there is a problem and we need to call for help. Typically we have gotten help but had to call several times. Then it was starting to get cold, wanted to get the coal stove started because we knew there was likely to be a problem, as there always is. We have small children and need it work. This particular year, still under warranty btw. We called several times for help. Left several messages. We had to get space heaters to try and warm the house because it was too cold for the children. We called and called for help, no answers. Finally we got a response, no apologies for not getting back to us in some kind of reasonable fashion. The attempt to help was to send someone who did not serve our area. Was supposed to hear back on the plan of action. Again, nothing. Called to follow up, remember it’s getting colder and now it’s calling for snow. Still no response. Called again, finally agitated. Now we called back and told we have to get soot out and see if that works. Thinking was, it might be blocked and we missed it when cleaning. This could have been relayed 2-3 weeks sooner and we could have been farther along as we are under the impression it’s electrical. Snow is coming… called to inform if the suggestion worked. No answer, no return call. Small children, snow coming, almost 4 weeks of asking for help with little to know response. Called for assistance over the winter season several times. No one returned the call. Had to call several times in the hopes of assistance, no response. If it weren’t for the internet, we would not have had any heat. I will NEVER purchase from this place again and I will be sure to let others know to save them the trouble. If you are ever in need of help with the product purchased here, I hope you’re handy, because you are in your own!! Think again and find a different dealer. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and can guarantee you will get better results elsewhere.

  Had issues with my harman stove, gentlemen called me back and talked me about it and educated me on some things. No other place from pleasant gap to Williamsport would even consider talking me about it. So I appreciate this place greatly. Will definitely be doing future business here
