  Nick and Alonso installed our CI2700 in addition to installing an extension to our existing chimney flue. They worked their butts off for 4 hours to get this job done and navigated tricky install challenges with ease. Overall experience was great from the salesperson in the Manchester location to the scheduler as well. Lead times in the winter can be longer because of demand and having the work done in the late summer would have been wiser. The stove works great and burns clean with the catalyst engaged and some technique.

  I am so pleased with my new stove, and its only been a couple hours. The two guys that spent their morning getting this installed and running are Great! They are the best and you should be proud they represented your company so well. They were friendly, kind and they knew what they were doing!! Hats off to these superstars. Plus it was like 12 degrees outside zero complaints. They showed me how to operate the system. I sure hope you pay them well. You don't want to lose these guys. Here is my picture!!! Thank you Nick and Olonso your the best!!!

  Alonso and Nick from the Stove Shoppe did a wonderful job installing our new fireplace insert, turning our previously unusable open fireplace into a place of comfort and warmth. The Clydesdale insert looks and works beautifully! Highly recommended!

  I just want to say thank you again to Travis and Aaron. They did a beautiful job, they did not stop the entire time they were here. They went above and beyond and even painted my stove to make it look brand new! They straightened the pipe and custom fit the applicator at the top and made sure everything was safe to use. I’m so grateful because I have four children and safety is number one. They took the time to walk me through everything. I took a picture to show what a beautiful job they did. Thank you both so much! I’ll definitely be requesting them again! I would also like to add that I sent pictures to Steph that works there and handles that portion. She’s amazing to deal with and so helpful!

  So excited to have our new pellet stove! Alonso and Nick did a fantastic job on removing the old stove, installing our new one and explaining the operation of the new stove. They were great with the installation, no issues just professional workmanship!
