    Beautiful showroom has 3 divisions: gas stoves, pellet stoves and wood- burning stoves They employ plumbers who help with installation of their products. We went there on a Saturday to purchase a stove, but the female who worked there that day had a crusty attitude, not sure why. She did provide some sound advice and brochures to take home. The gentleman who answers the phone is always pleasant and happy to answer any and all questions. Their cleaning fees start at $295.00 just for a service call with anything else needed extra bucks. I thankfully avoided this gross overcharge by having a neighbor light my stove; it never needed to be cleaned! Lastly, at this time of year, their appointment book out several plus weeks.

    Jody and Melissa were great! Very knowledgeable about all of their products, very personable and friendly. If you are ever in the market for any type of pellet or wood burning stove, this is your place!! They even sell all types of pellets for a one stop shopping experience. Highly recommend!!

    We contacted them outside of the busy season and they were very helpful with troubleshooting an old fireplace insert we have. They were not eager to spend my money on a service call and had me start with bringing the door to them even though it wasn't a brand that they were familiar with. They made a few minor tweaks to the door and it is working great and pricing was reasonable!! Thank you so much!!

    Worst customer service ever. Spent approximately $6,000.00 on a Harman pellet stove. The installation crew was fine, but when I express my dislike with the way they attached the pipe to the flue from the stove, Craig , the owner said that’s the way he would install it at his house. After my wife saw the angled piping, she was very upset. I went back the following day to the stove pipe to see if they could change the angle. Craig’s brother was very rude and informed me I would have to pay for a few more parts (which I agreed to do) but that I would have to pay $225.00 for labor ! I just paid $775.00 the day before for labor. I would never ever buy another product from them and have never been treated worse. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Just had my contractor fix the angle on the stove. When he took the pipe apart, he discovered the stove place install crew had punctured the pipe and sealed it with silicone The stove place install crew tried to hide it from me. No wonder why smoke was coming from the pipe!!! This guys are ridiculous!!
