  We took advantage of the clean air act(rebate) and replaced our fireplace during the remodel. We checked out both gas and wood burning and went with the gas. We looked at a few different places but went with spa doctor and glad we did! They were very knowledgeable, great staff and everything went smoothly. I was working with my own contractors for the remodel and the spa doctor has theirs for the fireplace. Everyone worked together for me which made my life a lot easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a spa or fireplace. Next project is the spa and I know where we are buying

  My wife and I came here after having a bad experience with Costco and their roto mold spas. Upon entering the store there was a large and diverse section of Spas for all price ranges. Our porch and overhang limited our choices but Richard helped us find a simple Garden Spa to meet our needs. Delivery was amazing and efficient, the crew was as gentle as they could possibly be when dealing with a several hundred pound spa. Follow up support is also amazing as we have had any questions and concerns handled without issue. This has been one of the best purchases I've ever made and would definitely return when we get room to upgrade. We've even referred a friend who said they will be heading in soon to buy a spa.

  We have been saving for awhile for a new spa. We had a much older one already so we already have a good idea of what we knew we wanted and what would probably never get used. The number one thing I was concerned about was support, both product, and customer. I wanted a place that had been around for awhile that would be able to honor any warranty concerns as well as any questions. We started looking at spas at The Spa Doctor because the store has been there and long long time and great reviews (didn't hurt they were open the latest). We were so impressed with Richards knowledge and ability to answer our questions that we liked the store and spas straightaway. We spent the next couple weeks comparing spas, prices, and warranties and finally came back to The Spa Doctor. The first thing they do is the owner of the company comes out a sees where you want to place the spa and gives advice and makes sure the delivery guys won't have any issues. He also helps give ideas for power options and gave me a circuit breaker and box for an electrician to install prior to delivery. Not only do we feel we got a great price on the Rythm (lame name I know, but we wanted something big for a family), but they also delivered the new spa, carried our very old spa away (and gave us a trade-in credit!!), mounted the folding lid hinge, showed us how to use the chemicals in the water and gave a laminated cheat sheet for spa dosing, gave us a chemical kit for spas with some extra shock and cleaner for the lid and stairs. The only downside to the spa is its lack of cup holders for playing Lier's dice. There is a small area on each corner for cups, but that is a spa config issue and not The Spa Doctor issue. The new spa is pretty quiet and we have been leaving it on auto clean. Haven't gotten a power bill yet, but it's not supposed to be much. We like using our backyard now, so much so we had to buy a better blender for margaritas!

  I sincerely recommend Spa Doctor. We have dealt with them for many years, and every time we have received exceptional quality and professional service from them. They are very customer service oriented especially when dealing with Sydney and her attention to detail is second to none! Actually, the entire staff have been very knowledgeable and professional, and have been wonderful to work with including the service technicians when they have come out. We are very happy to recommend Spa Doctor Modesto to anyone.
