Excellent experience! From start to finish the experience was fast, easy and most importantly efficient. Matt came out to meet with me and arrived on time, listed to what I wanted and had a price to me before he left. The office called and scheduled the install in the timeframe I was promised. The installers Noah and Airin were so polite, informative and respectful of our space. They introduced themselves, made sure to demonstrate how the awning worked and cleaned up after themselves. The awning is gorgeous, heavy duty build and we love it. Highly recommend!!

I purchased a new Harmon Pellet Stove from The Reynolds Group. I would highly recommend anyone making a purchase from them. Matthew was great and took good care of us. Very honest and nice to deal with. The Reynolds Group came to do the installation of my Harmon. Airin and Noah did a great job doing the installation. You wouldn't have know they had cut a hole in the wall everything was cleaned up inside and outside just as nice as before they came. They were very friendly and professional. Answering all my questions and showing me how to work my new stove and how to clean it. Love how much easier it is to clean than my old one and you don't have to do it as often. Works awesome heats my large house great. It was well worth the investment on the heat efficiency it has.

It was nice to see such courtesy and professionalism from these 2 young men. Mart was great in handling the initial order and explaining everything. All positive from sales to installation. The installers Airin and Noah did a beautiful job installing. My awning was installed on the roof of my house. These two guys are very professional. They acted as a team. They knew every next move. They cleaned up everything. Would wouldn't know they had even been there. I got a full explanation of operation. they answered all my questions. I'm very happy with the work they did.

From the moment we walked into the entrance we were greeted by Donna. She quickly listened and answered all our questions. She gave us all the information we needed. We quickly decided this was the company we wanted to do business with and came back the next day and ordered our Harmon pellet stove. We were both shocked at how quickly they could replace our old stove. Matt and Airin were absolutely wonderful with the installation of our new stove.
