The Heating Source (Mansfield, ON) knocked it out of the park. They were $1,800 cheaper than the competition for the exact same fireplace installed—and still delivered top-notch service. The owner personally came out to assess the job and quote it, shared some smart, practical tips, and didn’t waste my time. The install crew showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and fast, and did a clean install. I designed and built the surround myself, and everything lined up perfectly. Great price, great people, great result. Highly recommend.

Our fan in gas fireplace was making noises. THC service came, diagnosed problem. Ordered new fan and when in they contacted us to make a service call and had it installed. Chris was knowledgeable, courteous, and good worker. Pleased with their service. Definitely recommend.

Working with this company has been an absolute pleasure. They were recommended to me by another company who couldn't carry out the work that I needed doing on one of my wood burning stoves. I needed a whole new chimney system built and they recommended these folks. For my first contact to my last, they were incredibly polite and professional, incredibly communicative and did everything right. What I mean by that is that's Not only was the work done on time in full and well, the communication, invoicing and updates were handled incredibly well as well. I can't imagine me using anyone else for any of my stove needs in future. They are the epitome of great customer service and I would recommend them to anybody.
