After starting our switch from pellet to wood off last Spring and having a horrible experience with another company, The Hearth Shop was a God send! These guys know their stuff! From the day of the 1st phone call, to the quote, to the installation, their knowledge of the stoves and general building construction was amazing. They were helpful in steering us to the stove best suited for our home and also helpful with which manufacturers had the better lead times. The installation was neat and clean. We couldn’t be more pleased and will highly recommend this team to our friends.

They came out to our house and completed the job exactly as we wanted. They cleaned an older gas log fireplace and installed a new liner. The work was beautiful and they were very courteous. I highly recommend The Hearth Shop!!

I rarely write reviews due to time but felt compelled to submit one for the Hearth Shop because of the positive experience I had. The entire team, most especially Josh, was a pleasure to work with - from the initial visit to their showroom and a couple of follow up phone calls to the installation this past week. They were informative, friendly, and efficient. They made me feel like a valued customer. The installation last week went smoothly (well, they had some challenges of getting to the site and some unexpected wiring in the wall where the Harmon pellet stove is located but managed all of these both calmly and professionally). I couldn't be happier after using the stove during this past cold and rainy weekend and strongly recommend the Hearth Shop if you are considering installing a Harmon pellet stove.
