We have been doing business with this business since 1991 when they first installed our gas fireplace. Over the years we have continued to call them for maintenance and to install new logs, and a screen front. The products have always been excellent! Each time they have done a stellar job. Their customer service has always been exceptional. The installers, each one that came were professional, neat, and very knowledgeable. Our very recent call was right before Christmas. In spite of them being very busy and it being later in the day, Larry called LJ, who just had finished a call nearby. LJ immediately turned around and came by to fix the issue. He too, was efficient, neat and informative. We were so impressed by his attention to detail as well. He did not leave until everything was perfect. In this day and age it is a challenge to find businesses that care so much about their customers and their products. We will always call them for our fireplace needs. They are among the very best!

This place has been amazing! Larry is super knowledgeable. He was very nice and attentive. His mom (who helps out in the store) also is super sweet. We bought a set of gas logs and despite them being very busy, Larry made it work and got us installed in a very timely matter. The installer was great as well. Showed up on time and knocked it out. We definitely recommend Hearth and Patio Shoppe. We will be using them again.

Despite the holiday rush, Larry squeezed our installation in the day before Thanksgiving. The gas log fireplace looks and works great, plus it has the latest features and did not require a chimney liner. This isn't a cheap insert, but it was worth the price. (The dirty hearth is it next project and left over from a wood burning stove).

When I came up with the idea to renovate my Living Room and install a gas log fireplace I wanted a one stop shopping kind of experience! I went to one place in Bon Air and I was sort of ignored! Then I found Larry at Hearth and Patio! Well once I laid out my ideas to him, well he had all the connections I needed! He fixed me up wi top notch construction workers to do the renovation, electrical, tile work, custom mantle and painting! He did all the custom measurements for the fireplace and logs and took care of the vendor install! My 1979 living room has been transformed into a beautiful, updated contemporary room just as I envisioned!
