My little Weber Q1000 starter button was not operating. In the midst of Hurricane Milton, busier than a one armed paper hanger, he brought out a replacement button, gave me instruction and off he went to take care of filling propane tanks. Told me to bring it back if it didn’t work and didn’t charge me. I will go back and pay him for it. Small town service at its best!

This has to be one of most knowledgeable people and detailed people in the business of grills. I got my grill cleaned, burners cleaned, parts replaced and ignition parts replaced. Ken did this relatively quickly and I am back in business. Thanks and this is the only place I recommend especially since built in grills are so expensive so why take a risk and go to a unknown cleaning place. Thanks and will use The Grill Place again.
