My experience with Benson Stone was AAAAMAZING!! From the beginning to the end, Liam (in Fireplace Sales) delivered EXTRAORDINARY customer service. He was kind, incredibly knowledgable about his fireplace products, and very efficient. Liam made my entire Benson Stone experience THE ABSOLUTE BEST IT COULD BE!! I remember calling my Dad on my way home and telling him, “that was probably the easiest and quickest purchase I have ever made as a homeowner.” Liam is so knowledgeable about the Fireplaces he made the entire experience so quick, easy and stress free. He also assisted me with picking out stone for the fireplace chase. He was equally as incredible representing the Stone Department!! I could not LOVE my fireplace and stone from Benson Stone more!!! I also was fortunate enough to be able to visit with Kim and Benny on several of my visits to the store!! Love them both!! The entire Benson Stone Staff and Family are SUPER FABULOUS!!! I highly recommend them for any of your Fireplace needs!!!

I couldn’t be happier with my gas fireplace conversion. I live in an old home and no work seems to go as planned. Except for the fireplace! The installer Phil is a treasure-very customer service oriented. And he left my fireplace cleaner than he found it.

The folks at Benson Stone were very helpful in getting our fireplace project completed. They installed a gas insert and had a great selection of stone to complete the surround. They also helped find a mason to install the stone and hang the mantle.

Awesome people and great service! Spent COVID-Quarantine busy gutting the space to the studs. Benson's crew came through with the fireplace w/insert, then the cabinets, and finished with the countertops. Some finishing touches left before it's really picture worthy, but that's on me. Literally everyone from Benson's that has been a part of this is awesome to work with. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Kevin & Jessica and everyone you sent our way!
