Great service call from Alan Pomprowicz he prompt, efficient and personable. He fired up my new fireplace and taught me how to use it, even let me videotape him if I should need to revisit some of the remote features and how to clean it. Pleasure doing business with Inez Boutin as well.

My service technician, Alan P. was amazing. He completed an annual service cleaning of my gas powered stove. He provided explanation of stove status, high quality work and answered all my questions.
