It all looks good until they install it 😂 Worst plan and execution of an install I have ever witnessed. I should've hired the 3 stooges instead. 5 years ongoing and still won't fix their mistakes. They just shift responsibility around from them to Magnotti & Son in Pittsburgh.

Worst experience with our free standing gas log stove purchased here. Quick to cash out check when purchased but we have twice needed to have repairs to the stove and both times it took 2-3 months just to have someone come to our home. The last incident our stoves baffle crumbled and fell on the ceramic logs. We called the store and requested we send a picture to them. Upon seeing the picture they ordered the baffle and we waited a week and called to check the status of the part and was told it wouldn’t be shipped for almost 2 months. The part was covered under warranty but when the store called to schedule an appointment they said there would be a $219 fee to have someone come to our home to access to see what part we needed. They already ordered the part 2 months ago!!. Upon scheduling I was left a message on a Friday afternoon saying they were confirming the appointment for Monday between 9-12, have a happy and save weekend. Well they forgot to mention it wasn’t the following Monday but a week from Monday and I wasted half a day waiting on them. Seems to me if you have to wait 2-3 months for service what kind of quality product are you selling. Bad experience all the way around!!!

My husband and I have had the best experience here with both Matt and Terri! So much so that we purchased both our fireplace, and more recently our patio furniture, from them. Honest, professional, informative, friendly, and just overall extremely helpful. In a time when customer service is nearly non-existent, they still provide an outstanding shopping experience all around. Five stars for certain!

The saga continues, the guy that sold my wife and I clearly told us that our fireplace would come to us in one piece, other than the logs. After waiting almost two months for it to come in after being told it would be no more then three weeks, I get a call saying the mantle was damaged. Thinking it was one piece this is understandable that it was seen. So two weeks later I get a call that it is in and can be delivered 4 days later. It shows up to my house in four different boxes not at all put together. I’m at work so I call in to see what the deal was. The man that sold me this lies again over the phone saying he would never say this. Well we are adults this is lie number two so I know as an adult their is no use to fight this. I get home two put it together and they deliver it to me with a 1 1/2 inch dent in the bottom of the insert and a dent on the top. Clear wrap on it so it should have been easy to see this. I call into the corporate office and tell them I need that fixed and free install to make up for my wait and his lies. They chose to come get it tomorrow and refund my money, witch was the other option I gave them. 0 customer service and the salesman will lie. I’m not saying don’t buy here just make sure if you’re told something you get it in writing. On a plus note the woman I dealt with on the phone was very nice Robin was her name, thank you for helping me at lest get my money back.

Purchased a very expensive Heat & Glo fireplace from them. It was sold as a reliable way to augment heating in our home. It has broken twice within a few months of use. Getting an appointment for repair is very difficult because the waiting time is 2-3 weeks! If you don't know your exact schedule that far in advance you could be without heat for a long time. I would be extremely reluctant to purchase from this store in the future
