I converted a wood burning fireplace to a gas insert. Jeff the salesman was knowledgeable & not at all pushy. He even alerted me to a $600 rebate I was entitled to. They recommended a chimney company for the inspection & an electrician. Both were a pleasure to work with, courteous, affordable, and knowledgeable. Very happy with this renovation & purchase. Howie, the owner, personally comes to measure & discuss the project with you. Although the process had multiple steps everyone from the fireplace store was responsive & reachable when needed.
