The Fireplace Factory went above and beyond during the entire process of my installation. The install gave the guys a little bit of a hard time, but they worked through it and they did an outstanding job. I can’t say enough good things about The Fireplace Factory in Bohemia. I recently ordered an outdoor kitchen from them, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. At first, I was hesitant and almost went with Amazon or Wayfair since the price here was a bit higher. But my wife suggested we check out this place—and I’m so glad we did. The quality and service are absolutely worth it. They set everything up perfectly and even came back three separate times to make sure everything was right. Justin and Steve were outstanding—extremely helpful, professional, and cooperative throughout the whole process. Even the service team (I regret not catching their names) went above and beyond, helping us move the kitchen from the initial setup spot to where we really wanted it. It’s rare to find this level of service these days. I’m 100% satisfied and truly feel like I made the best decision by choosing The Fireplace Factory. Highly recommend them!

Had a very good experience Fireplace Factory. I had an Osburn fireplace insert installed. The salesman, project manager and installation team were all very nice, helpful and had excellent communication with me the whole time. The stove arrived much quicker than projected lead time. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of their services.
