We just finished a purchase/install of a gas insert into an old unused fireplace. I could not be happier with the service, communication, attention to detail, and speed of the entire team at Fire Element. We had been considering this for a long time and Greg and Crystal were a great help getting the right configuration and coordinating all the moving parts so we could finally make this purchase. FYI: for anyone considering this, there are a lot of steps with inspections, chimney work, plumbing, electrical, installation, etc... ALL of team (including vendors recommended by Fire Element like CRN for plumbing and electric) were awesome to work with, knew exactly what needed to be done, scheduled and completed work quickly, were super clean, answered all my questions, and a lot of moving parts came together to end up with a great new fireplace. If you're considering a new gas fireplace you can trust Crystal, Greg, Amanda, and the entire team at Fire Element / Architectural Fireplaces!!

Would leave 0. Was quoted "$6500 installed," put down a deposit, then after home inspection, price jumped to $9200... Then salesperson was unreachable for over 2 weeks and still had our deposit $. Fireelement delayed our construction for over 2 weeks since we had to go through a new company, and start from the beginning. Classic bait and switch scam!

Brendan and his crew were fantastic. What could have been a complicated undertaking: changing two 1970's wood burning fireplaces into two new gas operated systems, was done very efficiently by the FireElement folks and their excellent subcontractors. It has been well over a year since the installation and the units have worked perfectly. Our education started in their very nice showroom and ended with a wonderful home installation. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication from beginning to end. John and Darren are professional, knowledgeable, PATIENT, and were extremely helpful with my selecting a gas insert. The installation was seamless and I was so impressed with the installers. Polite, neat and efficient. The final product looks bette than I ever imagined . I highly recommend Fire Element and would tell others no need to look any place else.
