We needed our chimney rebuilt from the roofline up along with a new stainless steel liner installation and we are very pleased we chose AllPhase to do the job. Allphase was recommended by a trusted friend to help with our cracked chimney. While giving a quote for our chimney, Justin alerted us that we had dangerous creosote that could cause a chimney fire. They addressed the creosote quickly, documented their work with photos and were very responsive in schedule the two part job. All the employees I have interacted with have been knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would recommend them based on my experience thus far.

Looking to replace the Pilot assembly on my 20 year old Lopi Gas Stove. Manufacturer referred me to Allphase Chimney & Fireplace. I called and spoke with Ashley and explained what I believed the problem was. She explained their service procedure and emailed me an estimate for approval. Received the estimate with a listing of parts and labor, returned it by email with a small downpayment and a service date was set! They called to confirm what time to expect their serviceman and Carl arrived just as promised! Carl took the time to explain why the part needed to be replaced and was very knowledgeable and professional during the repair process. He answered any questions I had about the stove and its maintenance. I would highly recommend Allphase to anyone who needs service or is considering purchasing a gas stove or fireplace insert. They are good people to work with, very professional, and I thank them for putting my Lopi gas stove back in service!
