Just had a wood burning fireplace replaced with a gas unit 2 days before thanksgiving. The sales process was excellent with no pressure and the installation crew was awesome, very professional and friendly, made sure they kept everything clean and very helpful in explaining everything. We had two fireplaces installed today. Went on the main floor of our house and one in the downstairs. The crew was amazing. Very kind and respectful of our home. Wonderful cleanup. At our fireplace look amazing. We are very happy with the process of ordering and having our fireplace installed we would definitely recommend.

My outstanding customer experience began with Frank in the store, who greeted me with a smile, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He guided me to exactly the product I needed and explained the process of what to expect next. Mike came to my house, took his shoes off, and visually showed me step by step what his crew would do. Next, Austin & crew were exceptionally clean, extraordinarily respectful of my special needs son, friendly, and did an excellent job. What I’m trying to say is that the sales & installation process at this store should be the model for every single home improvement and/or renovation project. It is clear that company culture begins at the top with caring about the customer: professional, courteous, value for the money, and outstanding craftsmanship. Thank you!

Zero customer service! We couldn’t get the pilot light to light on our gas fireplace. They reluctantly scheduled me for two months out to come look at our fireplace. They warned me that it was old and no parts available. A week before the scheduled appointment, they called to cancel claiming the repair man google my address and determined the fireplace was too old to repair! I called Ed’s Woodshed. Jim came out within a week and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. Jim said my unit was old but a popular and worthy unit with parts readily available. Your loss Mt Lebo - guess you don’t need the business!

I was really pleased with the whole thing. They had what we wanted, they delivered it and installed it. I personally thought the delivery/installation fee was a little high but the guys who came to install it did such a great job I still gotta give this business five stars. The new fireplace cover looks fantastic and every aspect of dealing with this business was easy and professional.
