I recently had an electric insert installed and I highly recommend this company. Scott came out to look at the project and he was very thorough in explaining all of my options. I visited the showroom to make my final selections. I am thrilled with the outcome! On installation day, the guys were friendly, very professional and they did not leave me with a mess. Scott visited again to put on the final touches. The project was completed on time and on budget with no surprises. I'm so glad I used The Fireplace and Flooring Professionals. I love my new fireplace and I can't wait to use it this fall!

We replaced a wood stove two years ago. Abbie is fantastic! She knows the ins and outs of all the products. She never tried to up-sell. We did check other businesses but found they were less personal, provided incorrect information and didn’t listen to what we needed. (One place my husband thought was good but when I tried to check what they had the man gave me minimal information and didn’t answer specific questions—creepy vibe and didn’t seem trustworthy.) Each time we’ve called the Fireplace business people were very helpful. Excellent communication between the employees and follow-up. No issues with installation, on time.

I'm kicking myself for using this company. Our fireplace was working but needed a new wall switch as some of the buttons were not working. I didn't realize until after that they drastically overcharged me for the new parts needed for the repair. Once the appointment came the tech spent way too much time talking about a simple issue I need to have resolved and then was on the phone repeatedly with technical support for what was supposed to be a 20-30 minute job. Nearly 2 hours later the job was done and I was left with a $530 service bill in addition to the $430 worth of parts they gouged me for. Bottom line: Do your homework. I'm the idiot that hired this company and I definitely paid the price for it.

We were happy to learn that our builder contracted with Fireplace Professionals for all fireplace needs for new construction. We had used them in the past and were very, very pleased with Scott (the owner) and his staff. Our new home has two of their fireplaces and we're absolutely thrilled with them! 04/01/22 We just had our top-of-the-line furnace fail on us 3 days ago and it's cold!! We had both fireplaces running to make it semi-comfortable in the house while we dealt with the troubleshooting and procurement of various parts throughout the state. Thank God we had these fireplaces.

We recently used the experts at Fireplace Professionals to add a gas fireplace to our Mom's home in Janesville. Scott, Abbie and Aaron were fantastic to work with and were very thorough. They met with us and offered great suggestions to make the space even more stunning and kept us in the loop with timelines, etc! What an amazing transformation for Mom's home! Highly recommend them!
