We are so happy with our gas fireplace! The model we chose (Kozy Heat) looks so much like a real fire. Much more realistic than some other brands that we saw in other stores. They are very low pressure when you go to the showroom. I think they should really talk it up because this fireplace is the best!

Called to try and get a service appointment/ repair set up for our Lennox fireplace. Told the gentleman what issues we were having. He gave me a quick easy fix we could do ourselves so we didn’t have to wait 5 to 6 weeks for someone to come out and saved us money. Worked like a charm 👌🏼🙌🏻 Will absolutely be referring to others and using when needed in the future!!

Absolutely fantastic crew. I thought their pricing was low. That doesn’t happen ever. Make sure you ask for Brendon. The crew that came out was Brian and Kyle. Very professional and very polite. Could not ask for better service. I will never look anywhere else for service in the future. Thank you guys for making everything happen. I can not recommend you guys enough.

Our family stopped in on Saturday 9/20 to look at woodburning inserts. I was instructed to send our fireplace pictures and measurements to Ken Adamec, which I did that afternoon. He replied that day and said he would work on getting us recommendations next week. By 9/25, I had not heard from him. I called and he acknowledged receiving my email and responding to it on 9/20, but stated he could not find the attachments I send, citing 'email issues'. He asked me to send the attachments again, which I immediately did on 9/25. I have still not received a response as of today, 9/29. Not sure if this is an employee issue, a technology issue, or both. Regardless, very disappointing and a waste of my time.
