Tristin helped us today with our fire place issue. He cleaned all components and installed a new switch. He work efficiently and is very personable and knowledgeable. He explained things in a way we could comprehend. He also looked our other fireplace to make sure it was in good running order. Tristin was a great service technician. Also we have been using The Fire Place since 2021 - they are THE best in town!

My technician Chase was a joy to work with. He was extremely professional and really knows his stuff. He explained his progress and findings and was able to get one of my two fireplaces working again today. We need parts to complete the repair on the second one. I look forward to meeting Chase again and getting our fireplace working in our living room next. If you need work done on your fireplace check these guys out!

My initial experience was great. Andy came out and looked at my 115 yr-old fireplace that hadn’t been used in over 35 years. He said someone else needed to look. They scheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled. Finally Wes came and inspected the chimney. He was also great and explained everything he was doing and did a thorough check. He said everything looked great and he would give my info to Austin who would call and go over the options for getting it up and running again. No call. I waited a few weeks and called them. Austin said he looked at the pictures and there was nothing he could do. That was it; end of story. I wasted 2 months and $300 and still don’t have a working fireplace.
