    Terrible experience. Rude and condescending service. I'll start with the positives. The showroom had more electric fireplaces than anywhere else we've visited as their site advertises. Their pricing is also very competitive. Cheaper than their local competitors and even cheaper than the online vendors. We still are deciding to take our business elsewhere due to the rude and condescending service. My family stopped by to check out the electric fireplaces. We were greeted when we entered and invited to look around as there were two other people there when we arrived. We wandered around the showroom for 15 minutes but couldn't find any electric fireplaces that we were looking to see. At this point, the staff were freed up from helping other people but went into their office. We have three kids under four so they were starting to get fussy at us standing around so we decided to leave. As we were leaving, we were given attitude that we were leaving without speaking with them. They walked us over to show us the electric fireplace showroom (turns out it's the building next door) but would condescendingly answer every question that we had. He seemed to be annoyed with either our questions or maybe still annoyed that we were trying to leave. Either way, I've had more positive experiences with used car salesmen. Easily the worst sales experience I've ever experienced. I later found out that this condescending person is the general manager of the entire store. If that is the type of service we can expect from the general manager, I can't imagine the type of culture and service this store would provide so we left. I'd rather pay more for the fireplace elsewhere rather than spend my hard earned money at a place with this kind of service.

    We did a complete conversion from a wood burning to a gas fireplace and are extremely satisfied with the product and installation crew. In addition to the knowledgeable sales staff which assisted me in the extensive showroom, the owner Joel, met with me to address a number of my questions. He and his staff remained in contact with me throughout the project timeline and we have nothing but high regard for the Fireplace Place.

    I had most of the bad experiences the others wrote about. Condescending, arrogant attitude on first visit, very long delivery wait, paid in full upon delivery only to learn they did not include everything and received broken pieces when finally arrived. I gave two stars because they finally did right by me in the end but only after much waiting and aggravation. Would never use again and do not recommend.

    I called the Fireplace Place and explained that I needed help with my wood burning fireplace to have the glass doors replaced. After it became clear what I needed Vinnie called me to schedule a visit. He offered me a number of dates that he was available and then called me back since he had some cancelations, so he was able come today. That worked out great for me. He was very kind and polite and immediately was able to fix what I needed. He even checked in with his boss Joel and lowered the price because he was able to accomplish the repair so quickly. I have been a customer of the fireplace place a few times, and I will certainly continue to give them my business. A very satisfied customer.
