Everyone was very nice to talk to. Mitch came out when I asked him because my pilot light would not stay lit in the fire kept going out. He came out got the pilot light going got it lit and left. Then it died again and he wouldn’t talk to me about what was going on. I’m not sure if he was Asking me for the serial number or whether he said he’d come by and gotten it. It was very very confusing and I felt like I’ve just been left in the lurch after paying the initial fee.

Mitch is very knowledgeable and responded well to initial inquiries and installation requests. Replaced old fireplace insert and metal chimney lining. Though we have not had the chance to use the fireplace at this point (summer time), the job looks great, was done in the timeframe requested, and we look forward to fall and the warmth the new addition will bring! Non-responsive. Wfe scheduled a service appointment for 9AM on a Tuesday and after waiting until 10:20AM left two unanswered messages asking if they were going to show only to get a call at 5PM to reschedule for the next morning between 8:30-9AM. At 9:20AM gave them a call and was notified the technitian was sick and couldn't come. People get sick, understood. Simply have the professionalism to let customers know if you can not stick to your schedule.

He took money from a 93 year old veteran to do a job and after many attempts to reach him to cancel the job because I found out negative information on him and didn't want him doing the job. I went by the store. He cussed me out and is now refusing to give him a refund!! That's 800 dollars!! Will now contact the veterans attorney. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Check his reviews!!!!!!

Chimney cleaning done today for my fireplace and wood stove . The owner of the store did the work and he was very efficient and knowledgeable . Did a great job and happy to have them come back next time. Very satisfied
