We needed to replace 20 year old gas logs. I had no idea the choice's that are available now. After visiting several fire place specialty stores, we felt the most comfortable, talking to The Fire Place and Patio, Inc store. They have been in business for years and educated us on all our options, absolutely no pressure! C.J. held our hands, through the process. Came out to our home to measure and take pictures. We upgraded to an insert, with beautiful oak logs. Looks wonderful and we are warm and happy!

We had a wonderful experience with our fireplace installation! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They walked us through our options, helped us choose the right style for our home, and made sure everything was installed perfectly and safely. The workmanship was excellent—our new fireplace not only looks beautiful but works flawlessly. They kept the workspace clean, respected our home, and finished right on schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality fireplace installation and outstanding customer service. We couldn’t be happier with the result!

I called to inquire about some replacement embers for my gas fireplace and the guy said he had some in stock. I get there and I end up with a small bag of ember material, as well as an education. The information I gained on a few other things was well worth the trip. The ember replacement was explained to me for the best look and efficiency of the gas burner. Oh yeah, since I didn’t have the $5 cash for the embers… the owner said “no charge”. These guys were not just selling something, but ensuring I had the best information and a little more knowledge about gas fireplaces.

I sent them a message about replacing our old buck stove insert with gas logs. John replied back that a gas insert would be better. We visited their showroom and spoke with Ray who was very helpful. Did the fireplacex design, sent to John who promptly responded with quote. We had the insert installed the next week. John and his crew were very professional, cleaned up and explained how to operate concisely. Highly recommend!

Called Ray at Raleigh Fireplace . I told him I could not come to the shop due to my health condition. He made an appointment for early Oct. He had shipped me folders of his recommendations prior to the appointment. He recommended the 616 style fireplace. The Fireplace order was place and installed on OCT 30. I was very pleased with Fireplace install, the Custom Fireplace surround back plate delivered 6 weeks later. I recommend Raleigh Fireplace because they do what they say and then do it. They are very busy Thanks giving till Jan so plan for a install during off times for gas logs. My daughter order logs 2 weeks after mine . Will not install until mid Jan.
