Travis, owner of The Fireman LLC’s, provided me with outstanding and professional service on a gas fireplace that had been out of commission for over a year. He was punctual and inspected and repaired every part of the fireplace from the outside gas line to unit’s battery panel. I recommend his services and glad he successfully overcame his most recent health obstacles and is back delivering superb service to all his clients.

I had Travis Henry, d/b/a The Fireman, LLC, install a new propane 65K BTU heater at my residence. Everything was done exactly according to the estimate he gave me, promptly and professionally. I definitely recommend Travis Henry and his company, The Fireman, LLC, for any propane-related services.

Travis has went above and beyond for his customers. He went through a very scary and rough medical scare for a year or so, but with God he is back up and going now. He was out of pocket for a while and could not tend to his customers\business but he is doing great now and back to his the work he knows and loves!!

We heard good things about Travis from multiple sources, but the reality didn't live up to the hype. Scheduling and communication were challenging, but he eventually made it out to our home to provide a quote. He said the job running a new gas line would be tough but doable. Later, he came back to drill through the side of our chimney (step 1), but it turned out his equipment wasn't appropriate for the job. He promised to come back to complete the project with a better drill, but we haven't been able to get in touch with him since then. Seems like Travis might have gotten in over his head, but the least he could have done was say so instead of wasting our time and then ghosting us. I'd recommend using someone else in the area.

Called Travis he was at our home in under 30 minutes. He cleaned the pilot but did not resolve the problem. Notified him of the issue and he advised he would be back on Thursday or Friday haven’t seen or heard from since. Not a good way to treat a cash customer.
