Bruce is by far the best in the industry. I had been recommended to another company in SF on a firepit burner and that experience was a joke. The Fire Emporium was kind enough to come out, correct the problem and not jab me with high $$ costs as a result of my being in a vulnerable position! My wife and I have had a Fire Emporium fireplace since building our home in 2012. Once or twice per year I clean the inside and outside of the glass with an oven glass cleaner, I keep dust vacuumed out of the bottom controls, and so it's been extremely trustworthy each year. This winter I started having some intermittent thermostat not triggering the flame issues. I called, and instead of immediately offering to send someone out and charge me for a service call, the first thing they did was to help me troubleshoot over the phone. Through a 5 minute conversation they helped me fix the issue. That's the old fashioned "service after the sale" kind of business I like to support!

My mom Linda, had a great experience with this company. They were super helpful. They were prompt under extreme pressure due to all the local contruction. They fixed it versus pushing her into a whole new system. I love the honesty and integrity they have. If I ever need fireplace work done, they will be the people I call.

All Parrot heads, Bruce & Company my Davey Crockett Green Mountain grill the circuit board went bad. Knowledge, service, & customer service. Ended up buying a new updated one, called Trek for my summer camping stay in S Dak for summer. Backyard Kitchens, Fireplaces, grills your first and only Stop will be the Fire Emporium. Not used to that kind of service any more.
