We found their staff to be warm, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Moved into a new Townhouse in Mahwah with a couple of gas fireplaces which we've never had before. Not sure the last time they were serviced. Had issue with one of the pilots not staying lit. Kevin came out for a cleaning service, resolved the issue with the pilot and everything is now working perfectly. During the visit he also explained how to care for the fireplaces going forward and shared his thoughts on the condition of each fireplace. Overall, well worth the service call.
