No parts in stock. Little rude on the phone explaining the issue with my stove. Told me to order online. If your a dealer they should carry parts.

Excellent customer service. Bought some topsoil this year and last year as well. We used it in our raised garden beds and to fill holes from tree stumps, and our garden boomed last year.
