They had the part we needed and got it to us. Paul was very helpful to us. He is a great employee and has great knowledge of Buck stoves. He knew exactly the part we needed from our description and was able to find it for us.

Best stoves ever made and I've had 5 Bucks over the years in multi locations but their customer support or phone skills are poor. Simple question about my 6th stove just ordered and can't get a return call. This happened 6 years ago as well when contacting them. Question, does my new model 21NC come with legs? It's not clear when ordering from TS

Gene in customer service is no help. They sent me the wrong part. Charged my card again for the correct part and said UPS will get the wrong one. Called and spoke with her and all she could say is that she isn't the one I spoke to originally. Then hung up. So now I'm stuck with a $300 part I can't use.

I was born and raised in Spruce Pine, I knew growing up that Buck Stove made the best stoves in the world! I now live outside San Antonio Texas, I built my house in 2007 and I knew I wanted a Buck Stove in my house so I contacted Buck Corp and had a gas Manhattan model shipped to me and installed by my contractor. Fast forward to February of 2021 record breaking low temperatures in south Texas, half of the state without power and heat. But my little Buck kept me and my family cozy and warm even when my power was off. I cannot say enough good things about Buck Stove! But I do know we would not have been able to stay in our house through this crazy Texas winter if it had not been for our Buck Stove. If you are considering buying one, just buy it, they are worth every penny!

I have had a buck stove for a few years now and I hate it. The remote box and remote control eats through batteries so fast that I can't keep my house warm any more. I replaced both twice now and I still can't keep enough batteries for it. If I had known what I was getting, I would have gone elsewhere. *Edit* I've had several new remotes and the millivolt boxes replaced through the years too. The company they use is such a piece of garbage. I have no alternative but to use the gas logs to hear my house and am still looking for a millivolt thermostat to replace this one.
