If I could give negative stars I would. This has been the worst company I've dealt with. I placed an order for a grill on Nov10 and paid cash. It was supposed to be delivered the following week. I heard nothing, I called several times and was told that they would call me when it came in. It was delived to them at the end of November. No call, no date for delivery, nothing. I called and was told that they were very busy and couldn't get to it. Finally they came and dropped it off, I was not home. But again there was no appointment just I'll try to do it today. He turned it on and said their was a gas leak, turned our main gas off and left. Its now December 24 and they are closed until Jan 5. So I have no grill, no gas to my house and no date for anything. I would like to send them back the grill and get my money back and I'll never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone that asks for a referral.

I went in weeks ago for a pricing and have yet to hear back even though I was told in person I would have it in less than a week.Every time I call for the estimate they say, we are reading emails and will call you back. I never hear back. I have given up and went with another company

They didn't have what I needed but it could be ordered. Did end up talking to the lady inside for quite awhile about wood stoves. I got alot of information from her about what type and size woodstove I'd eventually need. Very helpful and friendly

Had our pellet stove services. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, clean in your home and helpful, answered all.our questions. The house is cozy and warm.
