I can’t say enough great things about the professionalism, communication, and overall service we received at Tall Pines. Laura, was an absolute pleasure to work with, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The installation crew did a phenomenal job of getting our stove and chimney installed in our home. Having gone to 2 other wood stove stores prior to Tall Pines, neither compared to how helpful and friendly Laura was. If you are seeking an additional heating source for your home, I highly recommend Tall Pines! Great place!

Highly recommend Tall Pines! The only place in the area that will repair your fireplace. I called 7 companies and kept being told they couldn’t do anything because they only service the brands they sell. Tall Pines said maybe they could help, but couldn’t make any promises. We had them come out and it turned out to be a simple problem that was fixed on the spot. Saved us thousands because we were starting to believe we would have to replace the whole fireplace. Brandon did an amazing job assessing the problem, repairing, and cleaning the whole fireplace so it looks like new.
