  Like many people doing a big project, I wanted to get 3 bids for our outdoor kitchen. All three gave me a proposal within a few days. Amazingly, the other two companies never bothered to follow up. I emailed one with a question and got a quick "no" to a change I wanted to make to the layout. Synergy was great. Jim Spezzano was so friendly, helpful and very responsive. In this day and age, it is hard to find this level of service. The product is great. Everything that was promised was delivered on time and all questions were answered promptly. Once installed, Jim spent nearly 2 hours with us. He showed us how to operate and clean the grill and answered every other crazy question we had. I highly recommend Synergy for an outdoor kitchen.

  This review has been a long time coming. Below are some pics of what Jim Spezzano did at our house and we couldn't be happier. We ran into some minor issues, but he was great at finding a quick solution to make us happy. He definitely went above and beyond. One thing I was happy about was I called him a month after the job about something and he came out within a couple days. Some businesses disappear very quickly after the job is done, but he didn't, so we appreciate that.

  Jim and his team built us a great outdoor kitchen for our new home. He was involved during the entire process and was able to deliver the outdoor kitchen of our dreams for a very affordable price. I definitely recommend Jim to anyone looking to add a custom outdoor kitchen in their home.

  I had a full outdoor kitchen installed: grill, extra burners, sink/faucet, granite countertops, electrical outlets, cabinets, drawers, hood (requiring punching through the lanai ceiling and the roof of the house for venting), and refrigerator. The process was super professional, as was the installation. It took only two days for the entire installation process. Once the kitchen was installed, Synergy sent out the gas plumber to connect the gas line -- all included in the cost. People have commented that it is the best- looking outdoor kitchen they've ever seen. Kudos to all concerned at Synergy!
