  Bought a new home with a Synergy Alarm / Automation sytem. Didn't really know what to expect. Was initially a little disappointed because I thought it would have more functionality. But what I found out is that I just needed to learn how to use it. Synergy sent out a different tehnician when I had some questions about the system. The technician Jay Mead, really educated me on the vast capabilities of the system and showed me all the settings I needed to optimize and set to get the most out of the system. I am really sold on Synergy and Jay Mead is a SUPERIOR technician, great customer service skills and EXTENSIVE product knowledge. If you get with Synergy in the Tampa Bay area, request Jay, he knows the system inside and out and will educate you on how to get the most out of it.

  So pleased with the security system Synergy provided. Jay Mead is probably the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever encountered. He is passionate, friendly professional and very informative.   Jay was one of the best technology specialists I’ve ever dealt with! He was kind, patient, polite and took the time to explain everything my husband and I had questions about in a very basic way so that we could understand what was happening. Not once did he make us feel like he was pressed for time. It was quite the opposite! He went over and above helping us out with our technology issues!
