    This company has turned into huge ripoff. I've used them and their predecessor for almost 6 years with good results. In the past few years, every time a tech arrives for a routine service call, there is a salesman who shows up to try to sell me a new unit. Recently, I had a fan motor fail on my 12 year old package unit. I knew from research the original equipment motor cost about $600 and an aftermarket could be purchased for $350. I expect a markup from a service company - but I was quoted $2,000 for the repair! The salesman says "well, we could change out your old unit with a new one for only $10,800, and you would have a 10 year warranty". I told them I'd think about it. I then bought the aftermarket motor recommended by the local supplier and swapped it myself. Works great. It took an hour of my time, but I was glad to do that. I'm just thankful I can still do these things myself. After I swapped the motor, I called and fired Swift. I will never use them again.

    I have used Swift Services and i have a service contract with them for Myrtle Beach, SC. I was totally impressed with this company until now. The operation and the technicians in Myrtle Beach are good, get the job done right and their follow up is phenomenal. The office and technicians in Florence, SC need more training and concern about getting the job done right. As a customer I’m totally disappointed in the work that the Florence team did on a rental house I have in Lake City, SC. Once they got their money they began ignoring the need to come back and get the HVAC job completed. They sent a technician out to take photos but not fix the problem. He basically told me that that is not his job. He said the other guys have to fix the problem. Why was he sent if he could not fix the problem? So, buyer be aware of the Florence office. It’s about how much money their sales people can make versus getting the job done right.

    I had 2 technicians on Oct. 21 st , Joe and Ron they did an excellent job . They did not do what we on the invoice ( estimate done 2 weeks earlier) I did talk to the manager and then spoke to Henry in customer service and today Dave, operations manager called me to discuss the event and all were great to me . I made the needed adjustments.

    Joel was competent, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. Explained everything clearly so that I understood what he had done. He also explained what the "Home Comfort Club " entails. This was just a routine maintenance inspection that was covered. He is very good at what he does. Thank you.
