Terrible company expect to wait 14 days for delivery even when it’s under freezing outside and I have elderly and babies in the house. The rep laughed and told me to “use extra blankets” and then I was charged $150 inspection fee because by the time they came to do the refil the tank was completely empty but that’s only because they made me wait 14 days for delivery which is crazy for an essential service! They also just sprayed soapy water on 1 line and that’s the $150 fee they charged. It took 2 minutes!! I paid and they didn’t tell me until after! I waited on hold for 2 hours literally before they picked up the phone! They do t have an office so calling is the only option. Terrible company terrible customer service take your business elsewhere!! Do not use this company!!

Truly abysmal customer service. We requested a line marking from the company and waited 2 weeks. On the day of the appointment, the service tech came to the property, spoke to a person doing yardwork on a property, who said they didn't know why the line marking was needed, and the tech left without speaking to us or marking the line. When we contacted SuperiorPlus about this issue, the representative, Rob, shouted over my wife over the phone when she tried to explain. It was loud enough that I heard him sitting next to her. She asked to speak to his supervisor if he wasnt able to help her, he raised his voice again, yelled the ticket had been closed, and then hung up on her.

Superior has been great. Deliveries have always been extremely reliable. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have had nothing but great experiences with them, both with customer services and with delivery drivers. I would highly recommend them.
