I had a great experience with Superior Hearth, Spas & Leisure for the purchase and installation of my Blaze King Ashford 25 wood stove insert. Robin was my salesperson and she was extremely knowledgeable from start to finish, helping me choose the right stove for my needs and walking me through the entire process with confidence and clarity. The propane fireplace in the house we just bought was badly in need of service. Sam arrived as promised and assessed the unit, then he diligently removed and cleaned each log, vacuumed the insert, he respray-painted the back metal and cleaned the glass until it gleamed, all while answering our many questions and giving us great advice and instructions. We felt he went above and beyond. His knowledge and professionalism made him the company’s greatest advertisement!

In May I was given the wrong shock for my bromine tub that can't use a chlorine product which the shock did have dichloro as an active ingredient. (I always state that I have a bromine tub) 8/25 I returned to the store and was first told it was the correct product, then was told it may not be, but they refused to do anything with the $90 shock that I couldn't use. So now I will drain my hot tub, go to Liesuretime of Southbury, and make all my future purchases from them. Not a good business model in my opinion.
