Noah, Josh, and Lucas were AWESOME!!! They were respectful of our property while still being efficient and respectful of our time. Noah was very knowledgeable and stayed behind to answer additional questions we had. The sales staff in the store were not pushy. They were also knowledgeable about the product and financing. Staff stayed in touch from start to finish. I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to others. The only con I have for this store is, they need better/more signs in the industrial area to get to the store. We needed Google's help to get there.

We recently purchased a hot tub and upon delivery the tub wasn't heating properly. Noah was so thorough, personable, and professional. If it wasn't for his attention to detail during our, "show and tell", it likely would have been delivered and setup without a second thought. Long story short, he was so insistent on getting it fixed and reassured me that he would do everything he could. He came back the very next day with a new board, lots of patience, and determination to get it squared away. Needless to say, everything was up and running within no time! Noah answered all of my questions and provided at length explanations to this first time hot tub owner to include tips for care and usage. I can't say enough for this down to earth, super easy to understand approach. I highly recommend Superior for not only their customer service, but the quality and integrity of their work. Noah and Josh were top notch service guys that we greatly appreciate.

We are very pleased! The team was very impressive and did an incredible job listening to our thoughts, looking at pictures and coming out for home visits to work with us to create an incredible work of art! From the design process , to building the framework, to setting the stone and incorporating our mantle, the team transformed our corner fireplace into a truly unique and beautiful focal point of our great room. The professionalism and friendliness of each member of the construction crew was greatly appreciated! Our experience was very positive and we can’t recommend them enough!

Ashley, Lindsay, and Kurt were great to work with. I purchased a new propane fireplace insert and had it installed 10/30/25. Kurt and his team worked efficiently and had the new fireplace up and running in a few hours. Very thorough and clean work. We are looking forward to a cozy winter by our new fireplace.
