What started as initially as a routine switching of propane providers to Superior Energy turned into a much larger process. During the switchover process we decided that we also wanted to convert our existing woodburning fireplace to gas. Initially working with Mike Howe through the decision process and during the entire project was a pleasure as he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He was able to answer all questions that came up during the switchover process. During the period where we were depleting the propane in the existing tanks our furnace quit working on a Friday night. A call to the office elicited a return call from Adam at which time we talked about options. Ultimately it was decided the best option would be to replace the furnace. Long story short. Our dealings with Superior were nothing but positive, from several phone calls speaking with Latoya and the entire installation process of the new furnace by Tom and Herb the entire project was completed on time as promised and heat was flowing before Thanksgiving. In fact in the end the fireplace conversion was completed over 2 weeks ahead of when originally scheduled. All I can say is that we experienced exceptional customer service that is rare to come by these days and would recommend giving Superior a call for your energy needs.

Had 2 propane tanks installed on the house to support a automatic generator install. Rick came out for the quote, it was an amazing experience. Such a professional. Rick answered every question we had, and on install day, he was also onsite to make sure it was completed as expected. The install went perfectly. Thanks for everything, and I would 100% recommend them for your propane needs.

I can’t speak highly enough about Superior and everyone from the office, sales, maintenance and installation. I was out of heat this winter and they managed to get me up and heated within weeks during their busiest time of the year. They are trustworthy, honest, reliable and super efficient. Just a pleasure to do business with. Adam, Mike and Tom went above and beyond. They welcome you as part of their family. Can’t recommend high enough.

We switched to this company as they assured us when we would call for a propane delivery they could come within 1-2 days. We just got off the phone and were told they only deliver to our area once a week and have to wait a whole week to receive propane. If we want someone out in 2 days we will have to spend an extra $360. Absolutely ridiculous as we switched to this company for this exact reason not to happen and we were assured by someone from this company it wouldn’t happen. An absolute joke.
