  We've had five years of customer service experience with Sunset Hearth & Home beginning with the purchase and installation of our pellet insert. Jose performs the yearly service and does a very efficient and clean job. We have a room that was an add on to the house that gets hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. Last week, Sunset Hearth & Home installed a single unit hyper heat mini split system. Again, the customer service did not disappoint. Rick and his crew did a very professional and clean installation of a top of the line unit. Our questions were answered and patient instructions were given for operating the remote control. We've been very happy doing business with them. They are honest, courteous, and professional.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Service Hose Vargas performed the annual maintenance on my gas fireplace, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived promptly and was very professional, respectfully placing a protective barrier on the floor before beginning work. Hose clearly explained the maintenance process, worked efficiently, and demonstrated strong knowledge of gas fireplaces. He also provided reassurance that my fireplace is in good working condition. When he finished, everything was clean and orderly—no cleanup was needed. Sunset Hearth also did a great job with communication, sending a text message in advance to notify me when Hose was on his way. I have used Sunset Hearth for approximately 10 years, and their service has consistently been five stars. I will absolutely continue using them for annual maintenance and will call them again if any repairs are needed before then.

  I talked to a real person when I called to make an appointment to have my gas fireplaces serviced. She was very helpful and friendly. I received a reminder before my appointment time and Jose arrived right on time. He was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly & my fireplaces look like new again. Excellent service. I highly recommend!
