  They sold a pellet stove that they are unavailable to service due to the lack of product knowledge. After calling the manufacturer, I found that they were terminated as a dealer for Quadra-Fire. They are now unable to order parts or receive technical data from the manufacturer. We now have a non working pellet stove that we have to go through a dealer in Hutchinson for help. I strongly recommend going to a different business for any service that they offer.

  I'm very disappointed in them. Not quite 2 years ago we bought our ac/furnace unit from them. We went to turn it on this summer and it kept freezing up. We called them to have someone check it out only to find out they were going to charge us $70/hour plus $69 mileage, for a unit purchased from them less than 2 years ago. Then they were supposed to call when they were headed to our house as they weren't sure what time they would get here and we both work outside of the home. The tech never called then got short with my husband for not being there. When it specifically said on the work order to call. They looked at the ac unit and determined it has a freon leak so they added dye and freon (which we were charged for and I was told everything but labor and mileage was covered). They then said they would have to charge us another $70/hour plus $69 mileage to come back and see what was leaking then order parts and come back back a third time for the same price to fix it. I have never been so sickened by a company and how they treat and over charge customers and then not hold to what they told us the warranty was. I would highly recommend you find someone else to buy an air conditioner from.

  I pulled into a parking space this morning and just put my vehicle in park. I noticed a truck pull up and park and wait for me to get out of my vehicle. When I got out the man told me I couldn't park there as it was Stueder parking only. So I moved my vehicle and he proceeded to park there (taking up 2 parking spaces) when I left there were still about 6 parking spaces unused. I think he was a poor representative of your business and he lacked grace and professionalism. I would definitely not want him representing my brand and right Terry may want to be aware. I'm happy to give you a description of the man.
