  We are SO happy! Kevin came today and was very professional , knowledgeable and friendly! My husband and I are excited to finally be able to use our 17 year old fireplace again, Kevin did an awesome job!   I recently worked with Brandon at The Stove Shop in Phoenixville, and I can honestly say the experience was top-tier from start to finish. You don’t always expect true professionalism in a world of back-ordered parts and “we’ll be there sometime between sunrise and next Tuesday,” but Brandon sets a whole new standard. From the first conversation, it was clear he knows his stuff—and not in an “I’ve memorized the brochure” way, but in a calm, confident, I actually understand how this works way. I ended up going with a Heat & Glo SupremeX with birch logs and the greige interior, and Brandon made the whole process feel effortless. He walked me through every detail without ever overselling, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. He was accommodating with timing, followed up quickly, and had that “we’re going to get this right” attitude that you rarely see anymore. What really stands out is that he somehow manages to be both knowledgeable and genuinely funny—the kind of guy who can explain BTUs, venting clearances, and interior panel options while still keeping you laughing. It makes the whole experience lighter, faster, and a lot more enjoyable. But don’t let the humor fool you: the work was meticulous, and he clearly takes pride in doing things properly. If you’re considering a fireplace or stove upgrade, do yourself a favor and talk to Brandon. Between his expertise, professionalism, and personality, he turns a big home decision into a genuinely smooth experience. The Stove Shop is lucky to have him—and now I’m lucky to have a fireplace that looks incredible and works even better.

  We have a 29-Year-Old Gas Fireplace and the remote stopped years ago! We had to start and stop at the bottom of the unit. We needed a service on the unit so The Stove shop sent out Kevin to help us. What a great person. He cleaned and serviced the unit and we needed a new Remote which he paired, and it works perfectly! Kevin kept us in the loop through the process! Excellent Service! We will be changing the fireplace in the future and will only use the Stove Shop

  We are absolutely loving our Quadra Fire pellet-burning stove and could not be happier with our purchase! The entire team, including Ian, Kira, Alex, Nick and Mike were great to work with and the entire process was seamless! We installed the unit in our lower level where we entertain and watch The Birds, and we're enjoying the efficiency of the stove which quickly makes the entire space warm and toasty. Also, I got multiple bids from various companies and The Stove Shop was more affordable by $2k, and the other companies didn't even entertain trying to be competitive, so, their loss!!

  The Stove Shop was great to work with, and the Blaze King Sirocco is heating our home very nicely. Our installers, Nick and Mike, were terrific and were able to do the installation under tough weather conditions of sleet, snow and rain. Nick and Mike walked me thru first fire instructions and all the stove maintenance requirements, so we could be up and running without issues. I highly recommend the Stove Shop.
