During a walk on the first nice spring day of the year i decided to walk my dog on a leash through the parking lot of Stove & Flag works, only to be confronted by an angry individual telling me that, "it's private property and that he was sick of picking up dog shit out back". First, I'm a responsible dog owner who picks up after my dog. My animal did not urinate or go shit on his property...today or ever. I was on the way to a park around the corner to enjoy the nice spring day. I've been a customer in the past of this business. After spending 40 years growing up in the area i've never once had a person come out as i walk through a parking lot to a business telling me, it's private property. Post it or get used to people walking though your parking lot when you are a business. Talk about generalizing dog owners and ruining potential word of mouth from a previous customer. Was really sad to see for one of the remaining long time local businesses in the area.

If you're looking for parts for your stove (e.g. Vermont casting), this is the place. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great little showroom with top quality items. If your in the market, stop in!!

We were having trouble finding the stove we wanted and building the chimney system until we called Stove and Flag Works. We were able to get everything we needed within two days of us ordering! Everyone at the store was wonderful to work with and was able to answer the questions we had when we called. We highly recommend using them!

My experience was very positive. I had a pellet stove insert installed and could not be happier. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, provided guidance on what I needed and why and what I would need to do prior to installing the unit. The team that installed my insert were very courteous and did a great job including showing me how to use it. All went smooth. Good local company I’ll continue to support in the future.
