I highly recommend StoneCraft Studios. They did an excellent job helping us select our Mendota gas fireplace insert and did a fantastic job installing it. It looks and functions great! Kiyah (office) and Jaedon (Technician) provided great customer service throughout. It is clear they care about their customers. Their prices are fair and transparent. Looking forward to many great years gathering around our new Fireplace insert!

Jaedon was fantastic. I scheduled for a cleaning of my logs. While it did take quite a while to get an appointment, The service was great! I was not able to be home for the appointment and had to have someone else there to let in Jaden. He called me before he arrived. We talked about everything I needed and then he called me before he was complete and we talked about everything that have been done. When I got home and saw the fireplace, it looked amazing. But Jaden truly had a very personable demeanor And was just wonderful to work with. Stone craft Studios is lucky to have Jaedon on their team!

Kiyah is probably one of the best Customer Service reps I have ever worked with! She’s all about the customer. She takes her time. She has patience. She walks you through things. I cannot recommend the fireplace store more to anybody, she deserves a huge raise! They should be proud to have her as an employee!

Very pleased with my entire interaction with StoneCraft Studios - from initial phone conversation, to meeting in store, to install. Responsive, punctual, great communicators. Our fireplace had never really worked properly since the house was new. We finally got around to calling someone to look at it. I had an appt. at 12:30, and I got a call from the tech telling me he was running early, and was that OK. Yep! He took off his shoes when he entered the house, even though I told him he didn't need to. He proceded to look over the fireplace, pull it all apart, inspect the chimney portion, then he cleaned everything, fixed a gas leak from whoever initially installed it (thank God), and he put everything back together and tested for CO leaks (none found). Jaedon was very friendly and personable. He kept us informed as to what he was doing and why. I would not hesitate to call StoneCraft Studios again if I ever had another issue. THANK YOU!!!
