Great customer service. Very helpful. I drove an hour each way to use them because I called multiple places and stoltz I'd the only one that answers the phone. They even made suggestions to me on a couple ways I could save money. I will continue to use Stoltz in the future.

We are so happy to have a small, local place like Stolz for our heating needs. They really know their products, offer no-gimmick reasonable prices, and provide long-term support for what they sell. In addition, the business is staffed by prompt, competent, friendly people. A nice example: we just had problems with our stove after several years of use (clogged exhaust vent), and they hustled out to help us, fitting us in before the major storm about to hit the area. We bought a Harman pellet stove from them several years ago, buy our pellets in bulk from them each year (they deliver to your house and offer good early-season discounts), and use them to service our stove. We've been happy with every transaction and interaction we've had, and recommend them without reservation if you're looking to buy a pellet, wood or propane stove.
